This manifesto serves as our team’s roadmap for keeping the team spirit alive. It helps each member feel part of something bigger than themselves. I designed the manifesto book from cover to cover, with careful attention to visual storytelling, usability, and emotional impact.
Why does it matter?
A manifesto is more than a document; it is a tool that strengthens team cohesion and guides behavior. By turning it into a physical, interactive artifact, we make our values and commitments tangible and actionable, rather than theoretical.
Structure
The book is divided into three sections: Values, Commitments, and Demons.
Each page features a single word with a concise explanatory sentence.
Visuals
We integrated AI-generated illustrations for each concept, creating a cohesive and visually engaging experience.
Our Future
A blank final page allows for signatures, transforming the book into a living artifact for team contributors and new members.
